Services
HeartTouch Wellbeing CIC offers practical embodied mindfulness programmes that support wellbeing, resilience and compassionate human connection.
Our work is organised around three complementary areas, each responding to different personal, community and organisational needs while sharing a common foundation in embodiment, presence and connection.
HeartTouch Embodied Mindfulness Programmes
Inner Safety through Embodied Presence
Building on the same embodied foundations, our HeartTouch programmes apply the approach to particular areas of wellbeing and human experience.
These include anxiety, emotional pain and trauma, addiction recovery, long-term health conditions, neurodivergence, returning to work and therapeutic and caring practice.
Weathering Storms
Finding stability through life's storms
Weathering Storms is our specialist approach for people navigating periods when additional care and support may be particularly important.
This includes spiritual crisis, experiences commonly described as psychosis and other extreme or overwhelming inner states.
It is also relevant when increasing emotional or psychological instability raises concerns that medication or hospitalisation may follow, and during periods when someone is considering or navigating changes in psychiatric medication.
Through embodied mindfulness, compassionate human connection and practical navigation frameworks, participants develop greater grounding, self-regulation and resilience.
Resource Balance
Restoring Balance in Life and Work
Resilience grows as we strengthen our natural capacity to restore balance.
Resource Balance supports healthier, more sustainable ways of living and working.
Alongside helping individuals strengthen their natural capacity to restore balance and recover from chronic stress and burnout, it also explores how calm presence and resilient leadership can foster healthier workplace relationships and more resilient workplace cultures.
